ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at atreides.io and any related websites, platforms, software, services, or communications operated by Atreides Caseri Inc. (“Atreides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the website or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Atreides provides information, software, tools, and related services intended to support analysis, decision-making, and related activities. The Services may change from time to time at our discretion. We do not guarantee that any particular feature, functionality, or content will always be available.
The Services are provided for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.
ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal, lawful purposes. No rights are granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms. USER CONTENT

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atreides and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will Atreides’ total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Atreides for access to the Services during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Atreides and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine that continued access would pose a risk to the Services, Atreides, or others.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
